Terms of Service
The rules and expectations for using OneTownCity.
Last updated: September 11, 2026
By using OneTownCity (the "Service"), on the web or via the Android app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The Service
OneTownCity is a local discovery platform — a directory of businesses, properties, jobs, events, and other community listings, along with reviews, comments, and favorites contributed by our users.
Accounts
You sign in to OneTownCity using your Google account. You're responsible for the accuracy of information tied to your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You may delete your account at any time — see Account Deletion below.
OneTownCity is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. By using the Service, you confirm you are at least 13 years old.
Listings & User Content
Content submitted by businesses, employers, and community members — listings, photos, videos, reviews, and comments — must be accurate and lawful. You're responsible for what you post. OneTownCity reserves the right to review, edit, approve, or remove any listing or other content, at our discretion, including content that is inaccurate, unlawful, abusive, or violates these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant OneTownCity a license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the Service — for example, showing your listing photos to other visitors.
Community Conduct
Don't post content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or infringes on someone else's rights. You can report content you believe violates these Terms using the report feature on any listing, comment, or review. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or block an account that violates these Terms or misuses the Service. You may delete your own account at any time (see below); we may also remove accounts that are inactive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account at any time from My Profile on the web, or from the Profile screen in the Android app. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is deleted, what is retained, and why. This action cannot be undone.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
If you believe content on OneTownCity infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact us at ctaftelaneebusinesses@gmail.com with a description of the content and your rights in it, and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.
Availability
The Service is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Limitation of Liability
OneTownCity is a directory platform — we don't independently verify the accuracy of listings, reviews, or other user-submitted content, and we aren't responsible for transactions or interactions between users and businesses listed on the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold OneTownCity harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of content you submit, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
